Trafficworks is a consultancy providing specialist traffic engineering advice to public and private clients. We aim to develop strong personal relationships with our clients by understanding and then exceeding their needs and expectations.
In addition to our metropolitan base in Ivanhoe, Trafficworks has Bob Citroen and Stuart Redman located in regional Victoria. They offer considerable experience in rural and regional road management from previous employment with VicRoads and involvement in Local Government and private development road and traffic management activity. This strengthens Trafficworks’ ability to service rural and regional Victoria, and southern New South Wales.

Emmanuel Natalizio, Managing Director

Emmanuel has over 18 years of experience in the planning, design, management and delivery of numerous key engineering projects, ranging from intersection improvements to traffic management treatments that improve route performance and improve road safety. Emmanuel also has extensive experience in Traffic Signal Design and Operation, Road Safety Audits, Major Road Works Traffic Management Strategies and Plans as well as Street Lighting Assessments and Designs. Emmanuel continues to contribute to the knowledge base of the traffic engineering industry through his involvement in industry committees, research projects and presentations at conferences.
Kate Kennedy

Kate has over 17 years of experience as a Traffic and Transportation Engineer both in Australia and Ireland. Kate specialises in road safety and has extensive experience preparing Road Safety Audits at all project stages, in addition to Scope Approval Reports, Motorcycle Long Route Reviews and Blacklength Reviews, Government Strategies and Safety Assessments. Kate also has extensive experience with Traffic and Transport Planning projects and Traffic Impact Assessments.
Paul Mihailidis

Paul has over 13 years of experience in the planning and development of various road safety, road system management and traffic and transport projects. Projects range from road safety improvements, congestion improvements, planning for freeway interchanges, transport initiatives and Road Safety Audits. Paul has managed teams of engineers in project development and has been responsible for delivering on key government strategies and initiatives in the areas of public transport, pedestrian and arterial road improvements.
Luke O’Sullivan
Adv Dip Eng Tech (Civil)
Luke has over 9 years experience in completing and managing the delivery of various design projects for both private sector and public sector clients. These projects include concept design, functional layout , signage and linemarking, detailed civil design and traffic signal designs. Luke has also been heavily involved in lighting designs for roadways, pedestrian areas and car parks for many areas throughout Victoria.
Russell Cyrill

Russell has over 10 years experience in the planning, development and design of various road safety and traffic and transport projects for both public and private sector clients with particular interest in traffic management plans, street lighting designs and road safety. Russell has extensive experience in the development and design of traffic management strategies, traffic management plans and Road Safety Audits for major infrastructure projects , events and building development projects.
Ali Abdou
BE (Civil) (Hons)
Ali has over 16 years of experience as a traffic and transportation engineer. Ali has extensive experience in State, Local Government and private industry and has been involved in a wide range of civil and traffic engineering activities including the assessment and preparation of signal plans, LATM schemes, traffic studies, parking management studies, road safety audits and design. Ali has also prepared numerous traffic impact assessment reports for a range of developments, including residential developments within growth areas.
